SELJORD COUNTRY FESTIVAL 

− Seljord Country festival is the largest country festival in the Nordics with 20+ artists, a wide offering of activities and 25.000 happy festival attendees.

In partnership with Seljord Country festival, Nabunya AS was in charge of operations, stock orders, stock storage and optimization of five different serving concepts. We trained managers and had daily follow-ups of department managers to ensure safe leadership of around 120 staff members who worked as servers, bar staff or volunteers at the festival. We developed sales strategies in conjunction with the management’s goal of offering the best working conditions possible for the employees, as well as good service and top efficiency for the loyal festival guests and to attract a new audience.
