− The nicest festival in Norway
Seljord festival 2019 kicked off on July 1st, and it was incredibly fun to be in charge of operations, stock orders, inventory and optimization of five different serving concepts. We trained managers and had daily follow-ups of the department managers to ensure secure leadership of approx. 90 people. These worked with serving, in the bar and as volunteers. With its around 14.000 visitors spread over four days with 20 different artists, Nabunya AS developed sales strategies in conjunction with the management’s goals of offering the best working conditions possible for the employees. This resulted will them uttering their best service and top efficiency for the loyal festival guests and could further on attract a new audience.
